GRUPO INDUSTRIAL VIDA SUPPORTS THE FARMERS IN THE RECONVERSION OF OAT GRAIN IN MEXICO.
It initiated in 1998 with the participation of the INIFAP on the technical part and its experimental fields and Grupo Industrial Vida as the promoter and investor of the development of improved oat grain seeds. This initiative was undertaken since the conservation of an adequate bank of certified basic seeds in our country has been neglected over the years; from which grain could be obtained that would fulfill the necessary international specifications in order to be processed for human consumption.
THE GREEN PROJECT.
In search of developing new products and ingredients for the Mexican Market and its Food and Beverage industry, we have contracted the Technological Centre of Investigation and Assistance of the State of Jalisco / Centro de Investigación y Asistencia en Tecnología del Estado de Jalisco (CIATEJ), so that based on its great investigative capacity and the high quality of its scientists, we might obtain the maximum possibility of success. Thus contributing, in an important way, to the investment in new industries for our State; also detonating the growth of the producers in the field, since that is the origin of our main raw material.
